1. Info submission
To order any of our 3D Architectural Rendering Services, send us your project information, such as sketches, floor plans, elevations, 3D models, furniture requirements, mood boards, texts, images, material references and any other information you may have.
2. Checking Up
We will respond to you with a proposal within 24 hours after checking the submitted content and ask for more details if necessary. It allows to avoid misconception and save time to start work.
3. Downpayment
To start the work, We will require 50% downpayment, 50% upon completion. For big projects, we can work with 25% downpayment.
4. Brainstorming
We start working as soon as we understand all the details of the task and receiving the downpayment. Progress renders will be sent within 1 week for typical projects.
5. Review and Modification
We submit a preliminary draft design for your review and markups. We will edit the render until you are satisfied. Revisions are free as long as it is within the original scope of work.
6. Final Delivery
Once you are satisfied with the 3D renders, we will request the remaining 50% final payment. Once the final payment is received, the watermark will be removed, and we will send you the final high-resolution rendering via email.
